Preparing young people for the world of work

In summer 2015 Kieran Rennie joined us at Mintra as a summer Placement through Career Ready.

He was assigned to our customer service/support group, working with his supervisor Liam Smith. Kieran took on several tasks over that summer and proved an invaluable source of support.

After the placement came to an end Kieran and Liam kept in touch and this year we had a new position open up in our support team for a Product Support Advisor and we contacted Kieran to see if he might be interested. After going through the interview process it was so rewarding to be able to offer Kieran a staff role with us, and we were delighted that he accepted.

So, on 23rd of April Kieran joined Mintra as a Product Support Advisor working for Liam Smith, our Support and Deployment Team Leader. He has only been here a few weeks but already it’s like he has always been part of the team
