Mintra has an exciting opportunity for a talented and dynamic Technical Consultant to join our technical team.

About the job:

The Technology Team forms part of a global network of software development teams responsible for developing and supporting Mintra's software solutions. The Technical Consultant will focus on system installations, upgrades, testing, application monitoring, data migration and provision of technical support to Mintra’s customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Software installations and upgrades – onboarding new customers
• Customer contact, technical support, and advisory services to national and international customers
• Working closely with customers and their technical team
• Support Mintra's product development and testing
• Contributing author of online documentation and guidance for customers
• Ongoing evaluation and improvement of internal processes
• Monitoring system performance and analysing data

We'd like you to have:

• Technical operating experience with various database platforms (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL)
• Experience with Oracle Development (PLSQL) and operation (DBA)
• Experience with PowerShell
• Experience with Windows Server OS (essential)
• Experience with Linux OS (preferred)
• Experience with AWS or other cloud computing services (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of IT management experience (application management and infrastructure)
• Experience with database communication and replication

• Minimum 3 years college education in IT / Technology (bachelor’s degree)
• Fluent English
